Need balancer parts coil, coil with shoe plus foot

Hi,

I have uploaded a pic with digits found on side of window but haven't found anything else. From googling, the 40284 SS seem to represent this to be a Pella window. However there are no stamps on coil and either both coils snapped and broke or there is no tab. These coils deem to be 3/4".

the foot at the base of the window might be okay if they fit any new coil shoes. Otherwise if new ones are smaller I would prefer new ones.

so there is the coil in plastic midway up the window and then coil with shoe at base. Thanks!

It does read "china" on the plastic cover.
