This looks like a coil balance system--specifically, see our 15-087 Shoe and 15-086 Housing, as well as the 16-024 Mounting Bracket. This system uses our Series 180 Coil Balances. For a new pivot bar, see our 26-422. Let me know if you have any other questions.
