I have attached the sticker on my window and the stamp on the balance. Could you please tell me which one I need to purchase. Thank you.

Hello,

In order to recommend the correct balance, we'll need to see the other nylon attachment connected to the opposite end of your balance, as well as the length of the metal channel. Thank you!

I have attached the pictures you requested. Unfortunately, the balances were in such bad shape that all the pieces fell out when we removed them. Hopefully this isn't and issue. The channels are 29" long without the plastic pieces and 1/2" wide. I also attached a picture of what I believe is called the beading (33.5") and what is left of the sash guide. The sash guide is 1/2" wide and 11/16" long (just the top part that broke off. I didn't realize it was all one piece.) I need those parts as well.

For your Milestone Series 1000 single hung window, I recommend our S380-29 channel balance with a 2840 option. Your broken top sash guide looks like our 18-180. Finally, for the glazing, see our 55-062.

Good Afternoon,

So I never got around to ordering the parts for my windows. I am getting ready to do that now. In your last reply you only mentioned single hung window. I have one double hung window but the hardware that came out of that one was the same as all the others. I would imagine I have to purchase the same channel balance for this one as well?

Also, do you have an estimated time for when you will restock the S380-29 channel balance with the 2840 option?

Sincerely,

Sylvia

As long as the balance in the double hung window is the same as the S380-29 then you should be fine using that.

Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA on when these will be back in stock. Due to the public health crisis, supply chains are backed up across the industry. I can only promise that we're trying to get these back in stock as soon as possible.
