Need channel balance for window

Hello,
Can you please help me identify the right channel balance to order for my window? The metal piece measures at 27 inches. The shoe depth is 1 inch. The stamp shows "2640". Thank you for your help.

Your photos resemble the S350-27 (2640) channel balances. Note that the shoe measures 1-3/32" deep, as shown below. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
