Need channel balancer and guide replacements

We have new balancers on hand without guides. Can you recommend guides to use in iur channel balancers and the pins to secure them to channel?

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure what you mean when you mention a guide. Are you talking about the top sash guide, which holds the balance in place? See the video at the end of this post for clarification.

If so, then there is no way to identify a top sash guide based on the balance alone. The only way to ID them is to go off of the original. See if there is an identical window elsewhere in the house that may still have a top sash guide that we can use as a reference.

If you are instead referring to the nylon attachments riveted to either end of the metal channel, then that makes things a lot easier. Yours look like our 19-005 (top) and 15-001 (bottom), which is a combination used for our Series 395 balance. You can install these on yours with a 62-005 rivet. See the second video below for instructions.
