Need channel balances identified

I already posted on these, but then my email has failed. So I have to do it again with a different email.

The metal part is 29" long and is stamped with 28C.
The bottom foot depth is 7/8".

Last time you told me the replacement part number should be S380-29 series #2830.

I want you to confirm the metal channel depth as mine is a special 1/2" deep.

I have to ask because you do not provide this dimension on your website...

Many thanks for writing in. Our S380-29 with a stamp option of 2830 will fit your window sash. The company that made your balances went out of business and they shorten the depth of the metal channel. Our balance depth is the normal size 5/8". Let us know if you have any further questions.
