Need channel guide for Truth Hardware Ellipse operator

Will the SS 13 3/4 channel guide accommodate the plastic disc at the end of the arm of this product I bought at window parts.com? Product code is 39-504

The 39-504 channel guide is for skinnier bearings. You may need to go with something like our 39-505 or 39-533 operator track. May I ask how did you come to considering the 39-504? Could you tell us how did your old track mount to the sash?

Window parts.com sent me a link with some potential options....my existing channel is too narrow to accommodate the new arm because my old arm had a flatter metal disc on the end

Oh, I see. Well that changes things. In that case, the 39-504 may be a good option. This is made specifically for flat metal bearings like what we have on the 39-365. This won't work with the operator they sent you, though. I think they sent you the wrong product. Would our 39-365 be a better match?
