Need coil replacement for window that won

I need to replace the coil.  No numbers, markings on the coil nor on the plastic mechanism.

Hello! Your pivot shoe looks like an older version of our 15-180. This is compatible with the Series 190 spring; since your old one is stamped with "6," I'd specifically recommend the S190-640.
