Need counterbalance retaining clip

My house is equipped with Weather Shield® vinyl windows, circa 1997. To the best of my knowledge, these windows use the Series 350 counterbalance. I am in need of the counterbalance spring retaining clip (see attached image), which fits into the window frame, that enables removal and insertion of the sash.
