Need door assembly

Question

I have a patio door that continuously falls into locking position. The patent number is 3, 5 96954. The distance between the holes is 4 and 7/8 inches and the overall dimension of the lock is 7 5/16. Pictures attached. Please indicate if I need both an interior and an exterior piece to repair this problem. Please make a make a recommendation of pieces to purchase

I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this handle set and have been unable to find one. I would consider our 82-005 as a possible substitute. If you need an outer keyed lock, consider the 82-306.
