Need expert advice on channel stamp
We can not provide a part number until we see some photos of the balance removed from the window, showing both the top and bottom balance shoe. With those photos, I am sure we can locate a match for you.
The metal portion is 30". The width of balance is 1/2. According to the measurements of the bottom shoe it is part #15-002. According to measurements of top portion that part # I believe is 19-005. The wings are broken off. Could you please help me identify part. Thanks.
That shoe looks like the 15-001 by my eye, but it's hard to be sure with just a tape measure. We can provide a balance with a 19-005 top and 15-002 bottom, but it will have to be a custom order. You may want to double check. Make sure to account for wear; that is to say, keep in mind the depth of your shoe is probably less than it once was.
