Thanks for posting! It looks like you might need our Series 140 Quick-Tilt coil balance assembly. Given that your balances are stamped with a 4, I recommend taking a look at the S140-5. Which is sold as a left and right. You'll need to be sure to go back to the part number and add both sides in the online cart as they are not sold as a pair.
