Need full new mechanism

Question

All of my windows have "play" in them when the are open. The crank will move at least a half a turn before the window moves. I believe I need to replace the full crank hardware. I think I need your 39-387 & 39-388 parts. Could you please confirm for me. I have a total of 17 white I need and 2 brown (do you have that in brown?).

I see on the arm it is a Wright model 07900

Thanks for reaching out to us. I agree with the parts you've picked out. You should be good to go as long as the specifications match up. However, I'm afraid we don't sell them in brown. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
