Need help!!

I am trying to find replacements for the entire assembly. I have measured the metal part and it is 29".(that did not include the plastic ends) The only number I see stamped on it is the 2830X. I would greatly appreciate any help in ordering these parts. Thank you!

I think I know what this is. I suspect it's S390-29 with a 2830 stamp option. You'll find that the item is available for ordering on our site. Just make sure that you have the shoe shown below. If not, tell us.

I measured the shoe and it seems that it is 1?x 1? x 1/2?. I think the 15-002 option for the show. Thank you for your help so far. Let me know if I need anything else.

If it's 1" instead of 1-1/8", choose S351-29. As for the other parts, you shouldn't need anything, but make sure the "sash guides" on the shoulders of your window sash are in good shape. Check to make sure you have 16-002 clips on each side of your windows to hold the balances, too.
