Need help finding replacement balance shoe

hi there,

I'm helping out a less tech friendly friend who is trying to find a replacement balance shoe for one of their rental homes. The measurements are 2 1/8 x 1 1/4 x 1/2. I have attached pictures so hopefully you can help us out. The pictures are of the functioning shoe, not the broken one. It is a replacement vinyl tilt-out.

Thanks for posting. Have you seen our 15-046 pivot shoe? That seems to match the dimensions given. Do you think that will work? If you aren't sure, it might be best to remove your pivot shoe fully from the window and take its measurements then. They may be more accurate.
