Need help finding replacement guides for double hung windows

Question

Hi - these windows are original from a house built in 1992. The plastic guides that attach to the spring are broken. I have a few windows like this around the house. If you have the guides that work with these springs I'm ok with that - or if replacing the spring and guides as a set makes sense thats ok too. Need some help - not sure what my options are. Thanks. I think we can help, yes. Check out our 15-104 friction shoe and see if this matches what you currently have installed. It also looks like your tilt pins might need replacing. If so, I think you should consider our 20-016.
