1-1/4'' Pivot Lock Shoe

Hello,
Your photos resemble the 15-195B T-lock shoe with an open cam. Review the specifications below to confirm. If you notice any discrepancies, please let us know. Thank you!

Would you be able to show us a photo of the front of the T-lock shoe? That would help us confirm if a closer match is available.

Thanks for getting back to us. We do offer the 15-236 T-lock shoe with the same groove in the stem but it is not available with an open cam. You could try using the closed cam shoe but I can't be sure if it will interfere with the pivot bar.

The other option would be to replace the entire balance with ones like the S795 channel balances and swap out the shoes with the 15-195B open-cam T-lock shoes shown below. Review both options and see what you think.

We can't be sure if that would be the case or not since we do not have a comprehensive list of pivot bars that would require the open cam. The best way to confirm would be to try the 15-236 closed-cam T-lock shoes in the window but purchasing entirely new balances that are compatible with the 15-195B open-cam shoe would be the after option.
If you decide to go with new balances, we would need to see yours uninstalled, including the pulley clip and stamp code.

It sounds like you may be referring to the depth of the shoe, which also measures 1/2" as shown below.

Thank you for clarifying. The top of the 15-236 measures 1/2" wide by 7/16" deep. Unforutnately, we do not carry a version of this T-lock shoe with a 3/8" stem. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The S795-26 (26B) channel balance would be our best replacement option based on your photos but they may not work if your window uses a smaller channel to accommodate a 3/8" T-lock shoe as you mentioned above. With that being said, you're welcome to give them a try and feel free to review our return policy here.
Also, note that the 15-195B T-lock shoes would need to be purchased separately and attached to the replacement balances by following the video below.
