Need help getting part or parts for window

Quick Learner
I hope you have the part or parts I need.  The window is BR Rich, Cabernet.I think I need a new pivot shoe and whatever part the pivot shoe fits into, for the left side facing the window.  I will also buy the same parts for the right side.
Thank you for any help you can give me!

Hi there!

Thank you very much for waiting during our busy season. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, unfortunately. However, take a look at the Series 140 assembly. This is 1-1/4" wide, and the thickness is 9/16". See how this compares with your old shoe.

We'd also like to see the old pivot bar removed from the window sash. Additionally, can you weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight? We need that to determine the weight rating.

Hello Emily, and thanks for helping me, I know this must be tedious for you!  A picture of my pivot shoe is attached.  I think that my pivot shoe is slightly narrower and thinner than the shoe in the image you sent me, but my channel is also slightly widder and deeper than my shoe, so I think your shoe will/might fit my channel.  My sash weights 23.5 pounds, to the nearest half pound.Again, thanks for your help!  Best, Chuck

Thanks for confirming, Chuck! I would recommend the S140-12 based on your sash weight. A pair of these assemblies, sold individually, will support a window sash weighing 23-24.99 pounds.

Would it be possible for us to see a photo of the pivot bar removed from the window? We just want to see if it will be compatible with our pivot shoe.

Emily, thanks.  Sorry, I did not pay close enough attention to what you asked for, and I sent you a picture of the pivot shoe (I think) in my previous message above.  I did not know what the pivot bar was until I looked it up on the web.  As you said, the pivot bar is on the window sash, not in the channel the sash slides up and down in.  3 pictures are attached, hope I finally got it right!  Best, Chuck

Emily, oops, sorry,  I should have told you the pivot bar is 2 & 7/16 inches long.  The short piece is 11/16 inches long.  The US really should switch to metric.

No problem, Chuck. I appreciate you getting this for me! Based on the look of your old pivot bar, you might have to just file down the horns a little to fit into the Series 140 cam.

Emily, again, thanks for all your help!  I just ordered 2 of the S140-12 assemblies.  I am VERY IMPRESSED with your quick responses, and the ease of using your web site to get help finding the part.  Best, Chuck
