Looks like you need a few different parts. Start by looking at our 15-045 pivot shoe, 26-041 pivot bar, 26-175 and 26-158 tilt latches, and finally our S900-15 and S900-28 spiral balances. Carefully review the information we show for each product and let me know if you had any questions.
