Need help identifying balances and she for replacement
Hello! Did you just need the shoes, or the whole balance? Your pivot shoe here appears to be a match for our 15-195B, but we do sell the balance under our Series 795.
Just a couple notes on the Series 795. Primarily, this comes with a closed cam by default, not the open cam version you have. You would still have to buy the 15-195B separately and swap them out when you get them.
Additionally, our Series 795 installs at the top of the window using a screw tab. If yours uses any other method, it may need to be a custom order. Watch the video below for more information.

With that in mind, I recommend weighing your sash on a scale and picking the proper weight option from the chart that we show on each Series 795 store page. That will confirm beyond any doubt what stamp option is best for your application.
