Need help identifying channel balance

Question

Hi, I am looking to replace broken channel balances in Millard windows from about 1989. The metal piece is 21 inches. I believe the one plastic end is the "1 3/32" size as opposed to the 1 inch. Thanks, Mark Solie.

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you have the S385-21 based on the measurements you've confirmed. Although, you may want to double check the depth of your bottom shoe. If you do find that it is 1" you'll need the S380-21. To select the stamp for your balance, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the metal channel.
