Need help identifying replacement channel balance

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel of an undamaged balance, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Your balance should use a hook at the end of the pulley cord for installation but you'll need to check an intact assembly to confirm. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. As long as the depth of the shoe matches the image below, the S385-21 (2040) would be the correct replacement. Note that our balances use the same type of pulley hook to attach the balance to the window jamb as shown in our installation video.
