Need help identifying the correct replacement channel balancer

A quick learner from Silverdale, WA says:

Please see posted pictures. I measure the ones I removed, and they are 28" in length and 1/2" wide. Could you please give me the correct replacement part number.

Weight of the sash 19 lbs.

Note: There is also a stamped letters and numbers on the old piece "b.s.i." and "27 C"

Thanks,

Chris

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Chris. You may be able to use our S385-28 channel balance that has a bottom balance shoe with a 1-3/32" measurement. Let us know if this will work. For your stamping of "27 C", you can use our 2730 option.

A quick learner from Silverdale, WA says:
Sounds good, I will take a look at the depth of my existing rail and see if the size is 1-3/32".

If it is I will put in the order to the S385-28 2730 part.

Thanks for your help.
