Need help identifying the correct window balance parts

Hello,

I need to replace some additional window balances. The last order I made was for S380-26 - 26" Series 380 Channel Balances Option 2530

This time my old balance is 25 5 GQ Caldwell - 26" instead of a 25 3 JQ Caldwell. Will I need a different option? It's 1/2 inch wide.

Hi there, Martha.

If your old balance is stamped 25 5 then you would want to select the 2550 stamp option. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions!
