We can definitely help. Before I recommend anything, can you tell me the diameter of the outer tube? Can you also tell me how thick that shoe is? Thanks!

The tube is 37" long and 1/2" in diameter the shoe is 1/2" thick and 2" long

Thanks! If the shoe is 1/2" thick, then I recommend the 15-046. I recommend double checking the diameter of the balance. For this style, there are only two sizes: 3/8" and 9/16". There is no 1/2" balance designed like yours.

If your balance is 9/16", then I recommend the Series 600.
