Need help identifying what Channel Balance I Need

Thanks for writing in. Confirm that your balance's metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, is 28" long. If so, see our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. 

Once you know what balance to pick, you'll need to choose a stamp option. It looks like the stamp code on your metal channel says '27 3', which would conform to our stamp option of 2730. This stamp option is for a window sash in the weight range of 13 through 19 lbs. If you're uncertain if that sounds right, weigh your window sash to be safe.
