Need help in finding the correct window channel and take-out clip for my windows

A home owner from Simi Valley, California says:
Hi Swisco,

Can you help me in find the correct window channel and take-out clip. My window channel has the number of 29-3-HV-CMC-7 marked on it. The lenght of the metal rod is 30 inches. The take-out clip is 1.25 inches. The metal rod thickness is about 9/16 of an inch. Thank you. I would need 6 window channels.

This appears to be either our S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the image below to compare. In either case, choose a new stamp option of 2930. Finally, for new take-out clips see our 16-002
