Need help matching Window Balance parts

Question

Hi -

I have two different Milgard window balances that I need replacing.

One is 13.5" from rivet to rivet model # 13 5 DW CMC 4,

the other is 19.5 rivet to rivet - model # 19 5 GW CMC 7.

See photos of model #'s and end caps. What equivalent replacement part should I order?

Hi- thanks so much for reaching out!

You can use our Series 385 side load balances for your Milgard windows.

For the 13 5 DW use S385-14 with a spring weight (1350) for a sash weighing between 12-15 lbs.
For the 19 5 GW use S385-20 with a spring weight (1950) for a sash weighing between 17-21 lbs.
