Hello! This balance looks like a good match for our Series 395. Your metal channel should be 28", so that would make it our S395-28 with a 2740 option (to match your old stamp designation). This assembly comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match then you should be good to go!
