My name is Joseph , a condo owner in Florida, Need to order a set of spiral balances for a non tilt window, can not determine the color of the tip for sure.
It looks aqua to me, and when compared to your sample it tells me it is blue.
Diameter is 5/8 and the length is 30 inches.
I will appreciate your help for clarifying this for me and confirming what part to order.
Will be ordering brackets and a charging tool.

Great, thank you for the additional photos! It looks like your hardware is a match for our 5/8" diameter S500-30 non-tilt spiral balance. We usually recommend sticking with the original tip color but the red tip option can support a sash weighing 7 to 29 pounds. Look over the specifications and see what you think.
Sure, we don't sell an exact match for this old bracket but I recommend our 17-012 which is compatible with the Series 500 spiral balance.
