Need help to identify Tape balancer

Home Owner from Wagoner, Oklahoma
I have a single hung window and the window itself that opens is 33"W X 28 1/2"H.

Can you help identify the window tape balancer, as I need to replace a few of them in my house?

Thank you.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'd need to see your coil balance assembly removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Please make sure to include the coil springs and the pivot shoe they connect to. There should also be numbers stamped on the original springs you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options. We'll relate a few videos on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!

Hi Casey,
I will do that as soon as I can and update the thread.
Thank you.

Great, just let us know if you have any other questions in the meantime.

Hi Casey,
I uploaded a picture of the tape, but could not get the window out to show the pivot show or pull the coil assembly out. Hopefully the new picture will help identify a replacement.
Thank you.

Thank you,

Without seeing the pivot shoe removed we cannot fully confirm but start by comparing the dimensions of the 17/32" thick 15-199 pivot shoe that is compatible with either the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. Measure and compare your originals to confirm the best fit. Compatible covers can be viewed on the coil series product page under related items.

Your original springs should have a number stamped on each coil spring that indicates the weighted option needed. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.

Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
