Need help to identify the parts

We just replaced the window glass. The new window pannel weight is 25lb.
could you help to identify the whole assembly unit of tbe coil balance I should choose? I lime to replace both assebly units (left and right).

This is a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. If your sash weighs exactly 25 pounds and no greater, use (4) of the S190-640 6 pound springs, a pair for each side of the sash. This will give you 24 pounds of overall support, close enough to the exact sash weight.
