Need help to identify the parts - channel balance

A home owner from San Jose, CA says:
Dear Expert,

Here is the measurement of my channel balances and the pictures of the shoe, top, and stamp, please help identify the part.
Channel length 26"
Channel width 1/2"
Depth of the show 1"
Marking: 25 3 GS CALDWELL

Problem: the Nylon sash cord broke, would like to get a pair of new channel balance

Hi Jane. Thanks for all the clear info. You have either an S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2530.
