Need help to order vinyl window parts

It was no trouble to remove the old parts, so I feel confident I can make the repair if I can find the right parts.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-175 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 152 Coil Balances. For the sash that weighs 11.8 pounds, we recommend using two of the S152-6 6 pound springs, one for each side of the sash. For the 21 pound window, use a pair of S152-6 6 pound springs and a pair of S152-5 pound springs, and use one each for both sides of the sash.
