Need help with correct part for window channel balance

A handy person from New York says:
Hi,

Looking for the correct part number for a window channel balance.

Non-tilt windows
Length of the metal channel is 17"
Width is about 1/2"
Stamped on side are "16 3" and "D H"

This window is remote to me,so would you please also give me alternate part numbers for any channel balance shoes that might also work so I can swap them out in the field if needed. I'm not sure if the channel balance shoes had wings and the person who sent the pictures wasn't sure if there were wings, but if they did , they have broken off.

Thanks for posting. See our S390-17. Your stamp code indicates that you should select a stamp option of 1630, for a window sash in the weight range of 12 through 14 lbs.

I think it's a safe bet this is what you're looking for; honestly I think we'd see more evidence of damage if the nylon attachments originally did have wings. If you want to be safe though, see our 19-005 Winged Top Attachment, and the 15-004 1-3/32" Bottom Nylon Shoe as well as the 15-005 1" Bottom Nylon Shoe.
