Hi all,
I've removed the spirals, and show them in the pictures. Also one picture shows the mounting for the bottom of the spiral to attach to. They look like they are destroyed. The long tube is 36 inches, and the short one is only 30 inches. They have red tips, so that is good to see, but the ends look different from what I see in your videos and pictures.
Please help me figure out what I need. I have two windows with the 30 inch tubes, and one window with the 36 inch tubes. I think all the bottom attachment bases are wrecked. Oh, the tubes themselves are 5/8 inches in diameter.
There is no hurry in getting back to me, but I would like to get it taken care of eventually.
