Thanks for writing in. I certainly believe we can help you. This looks like a Series 795 Channel Balance, but with a small difference: that hook at the top of the balance. Can you show us the slot in the jamb track where that hook clips to? That will help us determine exactly what you need. Many thanks.

OK, thanks for getting back to me. Because of the unique way this balance attaches to your jamb track, with a clip to that circular hole rather than a screw-plug as with our standard balances, we will need to custom-make these balances for you. I will shortly send you an email with a custom link to order a pair of these balances. If you need a different amount, please let us know. Also, please be sure to check an undamaged version of your balance's T-Lock Shoe to make sure it matches the one that comes attached to our Series 795 (our 15-195). If your T-Lock Shoe is different in size (not 1-1/4" wide), let us know and we can change the shoe for you. Many thanks.

Aha, I had a sneaky suspicion that might be the case. I'm glad I asked. 

There's no need for this to be a custom order, fortunately; you can simply purchase our 15-194 separately and pop it on when you get your balance. See the video below for a detailed explanation of how this works.
