Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 39-036 operator, along with the 36-048 10" hinge. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.

If you'd like us to ID the stud bracket, we must see a clear photo of the whole part.

Note that it's best to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

Everything seems abour right except for the part you have marked 3 15/16" mine seems to be 5 1/2 ". I took a few more pictures that I will attach. Are these still the parts I should order?

Have a look at the 39-382 operator. This has a link arm that measures 6-1/2" from hinge center to installation hole center. It lacks an offset, however. Review the specifications and see if you think this could be a better match.
