Need jam splinter and pivot shoe

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell the metal cam separately so you'd need a new pivot shoe. Take a look at the 15-177. This looks to be what you have here. If the springs are in good shape, you can reuse them.

We do sell the 75-069 jamb spreaders but we can't promise it won't damage the jamb. Our preferred method is making a cut out in the window track as shown in the video below.
