Need keyed surface mount mortise lock and handle

Question

My (elderly) neighbor needs a new handle and lock, but I'm having a hard time finding a keyed surface mount mortise lock. Mounting holes are at 4 15/16". She needs a keyed lock so her helpers can get in when she is bedridden.

I cannot at this time remove the lock for more pictures (but I could sometime if I HAVE to). The current lock doesn't always unlock when she flips the nub/knob and she's forced to use a butter knife to unlock her door.

Hello!

Your handle reminds me of our 82-005 with 4-15/16" hole center spacing which is compatible with the 82-306 keyed exterior pull. The keeper in your pictures is discontinued but our handle set comes with one. You would just need space to install it to the door jamb. Look these parts over and see what you think.
