Need longer spiral on Series 200 balance

I purchased 2 23" Series 200 Spiral Balances. The spiral on the old ones are 1 1/2 " longer than the new ones. Everything else is the same. Can you help identify the part I need? Thank you

I see you also purchased our 17-018 and 17-019. Did you read their descriptions before you ordered? These sash clips are meant to go with our Series 303 spiral balance, not our Series 200. I believe that's what you needed.

The problem is the spiral inside the tube is approx. 1 1/2" longer on original balance than on the replacement balance I received from you. The spiral in the tube I received from you is 1 1/2" short. I am attaching pictures.

Yes, the inner spiral of the Series 303 is longer, as well. For the S303-23 specifically, the inner spiral has a total length of 26-5/8". Does that match your original?

All you need to do is drill a hole 1 1.2" lower and install the balance at the new hole. We have done this several times in the past.
