Need .model of Balances for replacement

Hi,
I am looking to replace a few balances of my windows. The measurements taken are:
1. Metal section length = 36in
2. Inned width of metal channel= .5in
3. Non-tilt Window length = 34in
4. Plastic length at one end = 1in
5. Inner string length = 15in

Hello, Perry! This balance looks like our S395-36, which has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom. As long as those nylon fittings match up then you should be okay/
