Need mortise lock and handles (front and back w/key)

Question

someone broke my patio lock and need a replacement. the part number is
: PAT #:6.264.252 (on the left) and (on the right) PAT #:5.820.170.My handle is 10 inches, hole to hole is 4.5 inches and width of handle is about 1.25 inches

Hello there!

Thank you for your patience during this busy summer. I'm afraid we have no handle with 4-1/2" hole center spacing. Can you double check that measurement for us? Make sure to measure from the center of each installation hole.

If it's 3-15/16" and if your thumb lever is fixed in an offset position, I recommend our 82-087 handle and 82-265 mortise lock. Compare the specifications with your old hardware and see what you think.
