I would love it if you could give me info on (3) of these. I have included my phone number and email below.

Thanks for posting, Tim. This is an old balance that is no longer available. We recommend you replace it with our Series 795 Channel Balance. Take a look below for details.

A landlord from asheville North Carolina says:

ok, I have looked at the video and it look simple enough. I have taken sashes out many times. My sash balance is 28 1/2 long. The shoe is the 1 and 1/4". This is a rental unit so I don't have easy access to weight and pivot bars. If pivot bars are not that expensive I would just like to get both versions.

I need the following:

(2) 26200 screw plugs

(2) balance rods to replace 28.5" length, series 795

(2) shoes that are for 1 and 1/4", the 15-195

(2) 26-021 pivot bars

(2) 26-366 pivot bars

(2) screws

I don't have easy access to weight of window but I would guess 15-20 lbs. Is that close enough?

OK, I have listed all the parts you're looking for on this page. A few notes: first, you will not need to buy the 15-195 1-1/4" Pivot Shoe separately; this particular shoe comes attached to the Series 795 by default. Second, because your original balances were 28.5" long, you will want to look at the S795-28I'm afraid that there's really no way around having to weigh your sash. A precise measurement is necessary to ensure that you select the right option for your balance.

All orders can be placed from our website. When you find a part you want, simply click "Add to Cart," and then when you are ready to checkout, click "Checkout" at the top right hand corner of the screen. Don't forget to set the quantity you need for each part!
