Need new balance and bracket

Question

I'm trying to fix a window that has been broken for a few years now. Upon inspection, one of the balances has a messed pulley so they'll both need to be replaced.  It has 28 6 EW CMC 10 on it and the metal part of it is 29 1/8 inches. Also the metal bracket in the sill is bent and loose.  Thanks for your help.

Hello there!

Take a look at the S395-29 with the 2860 stamp option. The best we can offer is the 29" length but we cannot promise a direct fit, unfortunately.

The metal bracket looks like it could be the take out clip so we recommend you have a look at the specifications of the 16-002 to confirm they match up.
