Need new balance and t-shoe for several older windows
Thanks for posting! The balance you have here can be replaced with the S795-33 with a 33C stamp. Although, to determine if they can be installed "as-is", I'll need to see a photo of the attachment on the top of the balance. If it is a hook, please show a photo of the hook it installs in.
The shoe on the balance appears to be either the 15-195 closed cam or 15-195B open cam 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe. You'll need to find the metal cam from the shoe or an undamaged shoe to determine which of these is the correct replacement.
The closed cam shoe comes installed on the balance but the open cam would need to be purchased searately.
Do you have window parts for the missing/broken bottom of window frame that inserts into the balance shoe? Photos of the missing part and the actual part in the functioning side of the same window.

Thanks for the additional photos. There are two different options available for replacing your balances. You can either use the 26-200 Balance Screw Plug to screw the balance in at the top of the sash or we can provide you with a custom assembly that has the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment.
If you would like to continue using the 15-198 clip, please let me know the number of balances you'll need and I'll forward the quote to your email.
To replace the pin at the bottom of the window, I suggest using the 26-021 Pivot Bar. This is the one most often used with the 15-195 shoe you have. You'll need to compare the place of the installation holes.
