Need new 28D balancers on windows

Hey, Carmen. I believe you need an S380-29 channel balance. This has a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match then you should be good to go.

Your old stamp is marked 28D, so I would also go with our 2840 stamp option when prompted.
