Need new coil balance

This is from a KW window installed new in house in 2004. I have several of these that are broke and I am looking for the correct replacement part. Thanks

This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 152 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have further questions with regards to this hardware.
