Hi there. Need help identifying which coil balance I need to purchase. Can you please assist me. Coil has snapped only on one side. Thanks.

Hello there!
Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-191 that uses the Series 160 coil springs. If your window uses two springs on each side, I recommend the 15-150D double coil support. Take a look and see what you think.
