Need new dual mortise lock, this one broke inside the lock mechanism.

I have a ply-gem sliding glass door which was installed when we built this house is 2015. I am having a problem finding this exact dual mortise lock to replace the one that broke and was hoping you would be able to recognize this lock and give me a part number for the lock or the whole handle/lock unit!
